Tom's passion for the underwater world began with decades of exploration through resort courses. Finally, in 2017, he achieved his open water certification. The journey continued in 2021, with him becoming a divemaster and, ultimately, an open water instructor in 2022. Sharing his love for this incredible sport through teaching brings him immense joy. It's not just about education for Tom; it's about keeping his skills sharp and constantly discovering the magic of the blue world.

Beyond diving, Tom's background as a computational physicist and adjunct professor fuels his fascination with the physics and physiology of diving. Whether it's the open water freedom, the thrill of sailing, or the excitement of spearfishing, the ocean feels like his true home.
