As a Navy veteran, Dan has extensive experience both on and under the water. While serving as a surface warfare officer, he has driven a destroyer, led boarding teams, participated in search and rescue operations, and most recently worked as a ship handling instructor. He earned his divemaster certification in Palm Beach, Florida, and strives to implement the lessons he's learned in service to his diving career.
